FOUNDATIONAL COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE BOOKS

These books are not merely great books, they are the core of my commercial real estate education and I highly recommend that you read them.

if you feel that there are others that I should read, please message me on social media and if they are foundational, I will add them to the list.

  • Am I being too Subtle?

    by Sam Zell

I just finished this book and Sam’s investment philosophy is akin to Warren Buffett’s. Known as a real estate mogul, he bought, turned around, and sold many large corporations as well.
